University prospectuses don’t just have to compete with other university prospectuses. They’re up against fashion magazines, newspaper supplements and every other high effort print piece a young person might pick up. They have to inform, but also impress.
Lovers were invited to re-design the Plymouth College of Art prospectus set, refreshing it over the space of a few years to attract thousands of young creative people every autumn. Beyond elevating design, we had to help craft a content plan that moved beyond just listing courses.
Tangible Glimpses
Every front cover has to make an impact. We’ve hopped between custom photography, unusual print techniques and impactful copy lines. It’s vital to keep refreshing the design techniques over the years, and continuing to stand out in the competitive UCAS exhibition spaces too.
